Albury Wodonga residents can now access free medical care for urgent conditions at a new Priority Primary Care Centre (PPCC).
PPCCs have been established to relieve pressure on nearby hospital emergency departments.
Staffed by a team of GPs and nurses, PPCCs will assist people who need immediate medical care for non-life threatening injuries and illnesses, such as mild infections, fractures and burns.
The Wodonga PPCC is operated by Sarkon Medical Centre in partnership with Albury Wodonga Health.
Where: 1A & 2 White box Rise Shopping Centre, 81 Victoria Cross Parade, Wodonga 3690 Victoria.
When: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.
(From 20 February hours will be extended to 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-4.30pm Saturday).
